Music Mansion-Part-3

Part 3

“P-Pheona?” Luigi stammered.
“That’s my name^^. I’m a caretaker for this mansion, you’re lucky to be alive.”
“But…if you’re a caretaker…why haven’t I seen you before?”
“Master Sharp and his musicians were on vacation for the past several months. I wanted to go to Paris France. It’s a beautiful country.”
Luigi looked to the mansion. The flashing of lightning and the swarm of crows didn’t help his fear in any shape way or form. He sighed then turned to Pheona.
“Why did you save me?”
“Because, you seem like a cool guy to hang with…and you might be able to help me find Blinky.”
“Who?”
“Blinky, my boo friend. King Boo hate both me and Blinky. He wanted to make me cry by kidnapping Blinky. I have no idea where he’s at.”
Luigi seemed confused.
“…Why would another ghost hate a ghost?”
“I’m only half ghost and Blinky is some what small compared to the other boos. Besides Harmony, Blinky is my only friend.”
There was a scream. It belonged to Mario. Luigi shivered in fear as Pheona sighed.
“Sounds like the other ghosts got to your brother.”
“Oh, no…Mario…”
Pheona and Luigi spotted something being flung over the roof top and down at them. It landed on the ground and made a dint in the dirt. Luigi pried the Poltergeist 2000 out of the ground and both of them heard a loud yell.
“TAKE ZAT JUNK WITH YOU, MESJOUR!!”
Luigi brushed off the dirt and strapped it to his back.
“I’m not going to like this…but Gadd and Mario need my help…Pheona.”
“Yes?”
“If you help me save my brother and Prof. Gadd, I’ll help you free your friend.”
“You will!? Oh, Luigi, thank you!”
She hugged Luigi and bolted into the mansion, leaving the door open for Luigi. He soon followed and they began the ghost hunt…but it was strange. The whole mansion was empty. Not a single ghost was to be found. Pheona frowned.
“Should have known…They entered the portrait worlds.”
“P-portrait w-worlds?” Luigi shivered.
“You’ve never heard of them? Haven’t you been in the mansion before?”
“Yes, but never have I ever heard of a portrait world. What in the world is that?”
Pheona floated to a painting that looked like a picture that had the Mushroom castle in it. She smiled and tapped on the painting and it moved like water. Luigi jumped at the sight, but Pheona laughed.
“This would be a portrait world of Mushroom Castle, however, it’s more of a haunted version of the castle. There’s at lest a dozen boos and other ghosts floating around there.”
“ Please tell me this is the only portrait world.”
“Have you ever seen VanGor put don’t his paint brush? He made at lest 12 portrait worlds that lest to spooky versions of places that you’ve might have seen. Harmony can’t really leave the mansion that well, so VanGor made these portraits for him to take a vacation^^.”
“Oh, that’s lovely. Mario, Gadd, or Blinky could be anywhere in those worlds!!”
“I know.”
There was a loud yell echoing down the hall . King Boo was charging Luigi and Pheona.
“GET OUT OF THIS MANSION, GREENIE! I’LL TAKE YOU BOTH ON!!”
Luigi screamed, but he felt a hand on his overall straps. Pheona had grabbed him and flung Luigi into the portrait world. She followed and closed the gate way into the world behind her. King Boo screamed at them, but his yell was in vain. Down through space and nothingness Luigi and Pheona fell. Luigi kept on screaming.
The ground came fast and Luigi landed on his head, however, Pheona landed on top of Luigi…in a solid form. She looked at her hands for a sec and smiled.
“Guess I can’t keep my ghost form in the portrait worlds not just the Paris world. Funny me^^”
“…owe…”
Pheona got off of Luigi and he cracked his back as he stood. He looked up and screamed.
“WHERE ARE WE!!!?”
“Hehehe, Luigi,” She began, “we’re in a portrait world. This…is Tainted Kingdom”
The castle was dark, evil looking, and grim. Lightning flashed and the ghosts of dead men and women floated across the streets like it was just a typical night. Luigi gulped and his legs shivered uncontrollably in his pants.
“P-Pheona…s-something tells me this is going to be more dangerous than anything I’ve experienced before…Oh, Mario…where are you…”
